During the one hundred fourteen (114) year history of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, we have partnered with local communities, regional, and national organizations. We support our nation’s finest educational institutions, empower families, support economic well-being, enhance our environment, advocate for social justice and uplift our local communities.

Forging our Corporate mandates, for the past forty-two (42) years Nu Gamma Omega Chapter has changed the social, economic landscape of our city, parish, and state. It is our goal we continue to make a difference in our Louisiana communities for decades to come.
